Is it free to use?

Yes. Browsing, registering and messaging are free. Photographers may charge for shoots, and you can choose to donate to help keep the site running.

Who can register?

Anyone with a valid email. Whether you are photographers, cosplayers or makeup artists. 

How do I create an account?

Hover Home in the top-right menu and click Sign-up, complete the short form according to your background (cosplayer, makeup artists or photographer). 

Does the site handle payments or escrow?

No. Photographers and clients negotiate fees and pay/receive money off-platform (bank transfer, cash, e-wallet). Keep written proof of any agreement.

how long does it take for my listing to be uploaded to the site?

Listings are usually reviewed and published within 24 hours. I check new submissions once a day—morning and evening—so most profiles go live the same day they’re submitted. During busy periods (e.g., before Comic Fiesta) it may take up to 48 hours, but I’ll email you if there’s any delay or if I need extra information or image replacements.

how do i amend my listing?

Does CoserConnectto vet every user?

We approve listings manually but cannot guarantee skill, character or legality. Always perform your own checks, meet in public first if uncertain and bring someone along for safety. 

What if something goes wrong?

Try to resolve issues directly. If serious misconduct occurs, email us with evidence (screenshots, chat logs). We may suspend or remove accounts that breach our zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination or unsafe behaviour.

Does coserconnectto use your data outside of this site's purpose?

Can I delete my account or listing?

Yes, please email us and we will process your request within 5 business days. All information on the site and from us will be deleted permanently.
